How to Book?

Booking: Please email us at contact@pineairshillong.com or call/whatsapp at +91-8794338802 for booking enquiry, and we will confirm room availability with you directly.

Booking confirmation and advance: To confirm your booking, we will require a 50% advance payment to confirm the booking. We do this because we want to ensure that once our rooms are booked, they are immediately confirmed and we will refuse other subsequent bookings for the rooms that you have booked.

Once booking is confirmed, you will need to send via whatsapp or email your vaccination certificates and IDs.

Mode of payment: You can googlepay (@8794338802) or you can make an online transfer to our bank account and send us an email with the transaction reference number. We will provide you a confirmation once we receive the payment in our account

Invoice: A Booking Receipt invoice will be sent by whatsapp or email to you.

Cancellation and Refund: 
100% refund if you cancel 30 days in advance.

75% refund if you cancel 20 days in advance.

50% refund if you cancel your booking within 10 days.

No refund if you cancel your booking within 48 hours.

Refund will be made through googlepay or via online bank transfer.

Direction to Pine Air

Both Pine Air and the You & I Arts café are listed on GoogleMaps. You can search for either establishment and you will find us.

 

From Mawlai:

  • En route from Guwahati, when you enter Mawlai along the G S Road, you can take a left turn at the T-junction where you see Stanley Roy Construction Mahindra Showroom (on your left).
  • Proceed to Mawlai Mawdatbaki.
  • Take the left round turn to Mawroh.
  • Cross the Mawroh Presbyterian Church on your left and proceed till you see the small round circle road just after the SBI ATM on your right.
  • Take a left turn that slopes downwards. From the start of the left turn, Pine Air is roughly nearly 100 metres away and is directly opposite the Mawroh Community Hall.

From Police Bazar:

  • Hire a taxi* or take the SPTS bus^ (whichever is convenient) to Mawroh. Give the names of the landmarks given on the map. Basically, you should pass through Polo Bazar area, then to the Golflinks. You will pass by the Police Training School or PTS on your right and reach the small round circle road.
  • Take a right turn that slopes downwards. From the start of the left turn, Pine Air is roughly nearly 100 metres away and is directly opposite the Mawroh Community Hall.

Pine Air Bed & Breakfast is a residential property in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a place to enjoy peace of mind and relaxation. It is also a place for meaningful interaction and reflection. We therefore request guests and visitors to respect and maintain this atmosphere.

Pine Air Bed & Breakfast offers simple but comfortable accommodation. Local simple food is available. Breakfast is complimentary and meals (lunch/dinner) can be prepared if requested at least 4/5 hours in advance. We expect mutual respect, for person and property. We treat our staff very much like family and ask that our clients treat them likewise.
